How do I complete verification?
Open Settings, then Verification, to see the steps and your current status. If your verification is on hold, contact support before trying again.
What if I cannot sign in?
Use Reset Password on the login screen. If you still cannot access your account, email support from your registered email address.
What should I do about a pending withdrawal?
Check the transaction status in your wallet. A submitted withdrawal is not confirmation that your bank has received the funds. Contact support with the transaction reference if you need help.
My wallet funding has not appeared. What should I do?
Check your wallet and transaction history before making another payment. If your bank was debited, contact support with the payment reference, amount, and date.
Where can I check my investment?
Open your investments to review the current status and details. You receive the total payout shown in your investment details at the end of the tenure, not immediately. Contact support if a payment is confirmed but your investment is not showing.
